With 3 years of UX design experience, I’ve crafted solutions rooted in real user scenarios. I’ve been deeply involved n understanding users’ needs through customer support calls, user interviews, and behavioral observation, enabling me to identify and solve the right problems.

Since 2023, I’ve been volunteering as a UX/UI designer at TogetherWell, where I led projects to improve resource accessibility for visitors. My work reduced bounce rates significantly and boosted newsletter sign-ups by streamlining information access. I’m also building and maintaining a Design System for the UX/UI team, ensuring visual consistency across the site while simplifying the workflow for designers.

Currently, as a Product Designer at HOKI, I’m focused on using AI to assist pet owners in tracking their pets' health by interpreting medical data into proactive care insights. This work is driven by our mission to support pet owners in caring for their pets—especially when pets can’t express discomfort. Through our service, we aim to provide reassurance and proactive care insights for every pet owner.
